RolfingĀ® Structural Integration
Realign your body in gravity for lasting relief and ease.
What Is RolfingĀ® Structural Integration?
RolfingĀ® Structural Integration is a bodywork and movement education system that works to release chronic pain, improve posture, and restore mobility by bringing the body more into harmony with gravity.
What makes RolfingĀ® different: Its ultimate goal is for the client to become self-sufficient and able to treat themselves.
The RolfingĀ® philosophy: By learning to respect gravity and how our bodies are designed to work within it, we create more ease in our lives physically, mentally, and spiritually.
The Rolfing Ten-SeriesĀ®
The Ten-SeriesĀ® is divided into three natural phases. Each phase has a natural break point, allowing you to pause and assess your progress.
Laying the Groundwork
Surface alignment, breath, and balance. Focuses on loosening and balancing the surface layers of fascia.
Building Core Support
Deep structural connection from pelvis to head. Builds internal support and improves posture.
Whole-Body Balance
Integration and lasting ease. Customized to your unique needs for full-body balance.
Do I need to commit to all ten? No. Start with session one. If it feels useful, complete sessions 2-3, then take a break if needed. Some clients complete the series over a year, others in a few months.
Time between sessions: Minimum one week (to integrate), maximum one month (to maintain momentum within a module). Between modules, longer breaks are fine.
Who Can Benefit from RolfingĀ®?
What to Expect
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (shorts, tank top, swimsuit). You remain fully clothed.
It can feel intense but shouldn't be unbearable. Many describe it as "productive discomfort." You're always in control.
Massage relaxes muscles temporarily. RolfingĀ® reorganizes fascia for lasting structural change.
